Envisioned from German roots, Das Schnitzelhaus was created to bring classic European cuisine to Canmore.

Our mission is to provide exceptional food and service.

Das Schnitzelhaus is nestled in the middle of Main Street and establishes a traditional German experience. The unique restaurant design is inspired based on the Black Forest region of Germany, with original artwork by Sebastian Wehrle. The photographer grew up on German farms and has created classic, traditional apparel, into modern art using contemporary models. This new-style of photography is rapidly transcending the art scene all around the country.
